Tusk

Tusk was taken from the top of Panorama Ridge, shortly after we summited Black Tusk. We challenged ourselves to complete both in one day, which meant 12 hours of steep climbs, tired legs, and some of the best views in Garibaldi Provincial Park.

When we finally reached Panorama Ridge, we looked back and saw Black Tusk rising in the distance. It was hard to believe we had been standing up there only a few hours earlier. We stopped for a while to take in the landscape before making the long journey down.

We finished the day with a very cold plunge in the lake, which was the perfect ending to a long but unforgettable day in the mountains.
