Made-to-order production

Each framed print is produced to order in Canada. Production normally takes 3–5 business days before dispatch. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by peak periods, weather, carrier delays, or address issues.

Canada

Standard shipping within Canada is free. Standard delivery generally takes 3–9 business days after dispatch. Paid Canada Post Expedited Parcel service is available at the live rate shown at checkout.

United States

Available Canada Post services and live prices are shown at checkout. United States fulfillment is subject to production-partner and carrier availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled to the supplied address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us within 15 minutes of ordering if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins.

Delays and delivery problems

Carrier delays are outside our direct control, but we will help investigate delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. Please contact us promptly with your order number.

Duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction unless checkout states otherwise.
